Plasma cut from 16 Ga. Steel and hand ground, sandblasted and professionally powder coated texture black. The LED string lights are hot glued to the back. Color changing LEDs are battery powered, (uses 3 AA batteries, not included) last a long time and Remote controlled (remote control included). LEDs have several colors, patterns and effects.
